Partner program terms

You earn 20% of Nomabase’s management fee for each home you refer, every month we manage it.
A home counts as yours when you introduce its owner to us and we link it to your partner code.
Paid monthly through Mercury, with a payout report. US partners provide a W-9 and may receive a 1099; partners outside the US provide a W-8BEN.
Nomabase only manages rentals: we don’t buy, sell or list property.
